Richard Barrett is the director of treasury and oversees Rotary’s accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management teams. He is a CFA charter holder and a Certified Treasury Professional. He joined Rotary in 2005 and has been a member of the Rotary E-Club of the Southwest USA since 2008.

Director of Product Strategy and Design
Mary Susan leads the Product and User Experience Design teams, guiding the strategic direction, management, and design of Rotary’s participant-focused products. She joined Rotary in 2022.
Meredith Burlew
Director of Rotary Foundation Programs and Grants
Meredith Burlew leads the teams supporting The Rotary Foundation’s funded service and educational opportunities, including Peace Centers, Programs of Scale and Global, District and Disaster Response Grants. She joined Rotary in 2006.

Director of Architecture
Liz Carrasco leads the Architecture team at Rotary International, shaping the organization’s technical vision and ensuring its systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term strategy. She joined Rotary in 2025.
Cris Downey
Director of Technology Services
Cris Downey leads the Cloud Infrastructure, Security and Operations teams in building innovative technology strategies, plans and processes that facilitate the use of Rotary’s digital tools and products. He joined Rotary in November of 2019.
Jomarie Fredericks
Deputy General Counsel
Jomarie Fredericks is deputy general counsel of Rotary, overseeing the global protection of all of Rotary’s intellectual property. She joined Rotary in 1995.
Dee Dee Gober
Director of IT Business Operations
Dee Dee leads the team responsible for IT planning, budgeting, and internal analytics, as well as IT’s, contracts, asset management, purchasing, and risk and compliance. She also oversees the IT Service Desk. She joined Rotary in 2021.
Armando Huerta
Director of International Operations
Armando Huerta is responsible for Rotary International’s infrastructure and strategy for its regional offices, which includes staff in nine countries. He also oversees international fiscal agents and associate foundations. Armando joined Rotary in 2016 and is a member of the Rotary Club of Chicago Lakeview.

Ellina Kushnir leads the teams supporting RI’s programs, partnerships, and avenues of service. The portfolio helps Rotary members and participants expand their leadership skills, engage in meaningful networking and global development opportunities, and make a lasting, positive change locally and internationally. Carol Pandak is the director of PolioPlus, Rotary’s global effort to eradicate polio, working in partnership with the World Health Organization, UNICEF, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She has held this position since 2000.

Sarah Remijan manages the resources for incoming officer training for all levels of Rotary as well as the Rotary Learning Center. She joined the staff team in 2001.

Doris, a certified public accountant (CPA), leads the Corporate Finance and Planning team, and is responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting for both Rotary International and the Foundation. She joined Rotary in June 2019. She also recently became a member of the Rotary Club of Highland Park/Highwood, Illinois, USA.
