国際ロータリーでは、持続可能な成果をもたらす奉仕プロジェクトを立案・実施する方法を紹介した、「奉仕プロジェクトの流れ(ライフサイクル)」と題する5回シリーズのウェビナーを開催します。

このウェビナーでは、プロジェクトの計画方法やベストプラクティスに加え、クラブや地区が奉仕プロジェクトを成功させるために利用できるロータリーのリソースについても紹介していきます。また、奉仕プロジェクトを実際に行ったロータリアンがその体験談を紹介します。

第4回のウェビナーは、以下を目的としています。

• プロジェクトの実施やボランティアの指導に関するベストプラクティスを学ぶ。

• プロジェクト参加者の役割分担や責務の調整について理解する。
