John Kenny

John Kenny, a graduate of Glasgow University, is a past dean of his local law faculty, a judge, and a notary. He was appointed deputy lieutenant of his district by Queen Elizabeth II. Active in Scouting, he received the Medal of Merit.

A Rotarian since 1970, Kenny has served Rotary International in Great Britain and Ireland as president and vice president and RI as president, director, Foundation trustee, RI Board Executive Committee member and chair, institute moderator, president’s representative, and district governor. He also has been a representative, member-at-large, and parliamentarian of the Council on Legislation.

He is a recipient of The Rotary Foundation’s Citation for Meritorious Service and its Distinguished Service Award. Kenny and his wife, June, are Major Donors and members of the Bequest Society of The Rotary Foundation.


Michael K. McGovern

Michael K. McGovern has been the town manager of Cape Elizabeth since 1985. He currently serves as treasurer of the Museum at Portland Head Light and the Thomas Jordan Trust. He is board chair of EcoMaine.

McGovern has been a Rotarian since 1986 and has served RI as vice president, director, RI Board Executive Committee member, Permanent Fund national adviser, RI membership zone coordinator, RI training leader, and district governor. A past Council on Legislation representative, he is also chair of Rotarians for Fighting AIDS: A Rotarian Action Group.

He is a Major Donor and Bequest Society member of The Rotary Foundation and a recipient of its Citation for Meritorious Service.


Monty J. Audenart

Monty J. Audenart, a dentist, is a fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy of Dentistry and the International Academy of Dentistry. He is a founding member of the Red Deer Symphony Orchestra and a director for ShelterBox Canada. He is the recipient of the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal and the Mayor’s Recognition Award for distinguished volunteer service.

A Rotarian since 1987, Audenart has served RI as vice president, director, RI Board Executive Committee member, International Assembly assistant moderator and moderator, RI training leader, regional RI membership coordinator, RI membership zone coordinator, and district governor. He founded the Rotarian Action Group of Dental Volunteers.

He and his wife, Liz, are Major Donors and charter members of the Bequest Society of The Rotary Foundation.


Noel A. Bajat

Noel A. Bajat is president and chief executive officer of Abbeville Building and Loan. He has served in numerous executive capacities with civic organizations.

A Rotarian since 1976, Bajat has served RI as vice president and director, regional Rotary Foundation coordinator, RI president’s representative, Permanent Fund national adviser, RI training leader, task force zone coordinator and member, and district governor. He represented his district at the 2004 Council on Legislation.

Bajat is a recipient of the RI Service Above Self Award and The Rotary Foundation’s Citation for Meritorious Service and Distinguished Service Award. He and his wife, Helen, are Major Donors, Benefactors, and charter members of the Bequest Society of The Rotary Foundation.


Kalyan Banerjee

Kalyan Banerjee is chair of United Phosphorus, Bangladesh, and a director at both United Phosphorus Ltd. and Uniphos Agro Industries Ltd. He has been a member of the American Chemical Society and the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers. He also has been chair of the Gujarat Chapter of Confederation of Indian Industries.

Banerjee joined Rotary in 1972 and has served RI as president, director, Foundation trustee, RI Board Executive Committee member, International Assembly group discussion leader, task force chair, and district governor. He also chaired The Rotary Foundation in India.

Banerjee has received The Rotary Foundation’s Citation for Meritorious Service and its Distinguished Service Award. He and his wife, Binota, are Major Donors and Bequest Society members of The Rotary Foundation.


Stephen R. Brown

Stephen R. Brown was a partner in the law firm of Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps from 1972 until his retirement. He was a member of the Stanford Law School Board of Visitors. He received the Eleanor Roosevelt Human Rights Award from the United Nations Association of San Diego.

A Rotarian since 1986, Brown has served RI as a committee and task force chair, Future Vision Committee member, and Permanent Fund national adviser. He is also the chair of the Fund Development Committee and vice chair of the Finance Committee.

Brown is a recipient of The Rotary Foundation’s Citation for Meritorious Service and Distinguished Service Award and the RI Service Above Self Award. He and his wife, Susan, are members of the Arch C. Klumph Society and Bequest Society of The Rotary Foundation.


Antonio Hallage

Antonio Hallage, a telecommunications engineer, is president of SET Ltda., Telecommunication Consulting Company, CEO of Sanepar, and professor of telecommunication systems at Paraná Federal University. Hallage is a member of the superior counsel of Brasil Rotário, the official Rotary regional magazine of Brazil, and governing member and liaison trustee for the Associação Brasileira da The Rotary Foundation.

A Rotarian since 1979, Hallage has served RI as director, sergeant-at-arms, Council on Legislation representative, RI president’s representative, RI Board Executive Committee adviser, Rotary Foundation alumni coordinator, regional Rotary Foundation coordinator, RI training leader, and district governor.

Jackson S.L. Hsieh

Jackson S.L. Hsieh has been president of Amin International Corp. since 1979. He is a senior member of the Importers and Exporters Association of Taipei and executive director of the Taipei chapter of Chinese Boy Scouts Association. He also has served as president of the Parent Teacher Association of the Taipei Municipal Cheng-Kung Senior High School, Life Line Association of Taipei, and Taipei UNESCO Movement Association.

A Rotarian since 1988, Hsieh has served RI as director, RI Board Executive Committee member, regional Rotary Foundation coordinator, sergeant-at-arms, task force zone coordinator, committee chair and vice chair, RI training leader, and district governor.

Hsieh and his wife, Juliet, are members of the Arch C. Klumph Society of The Rotary Foundation.


Ray Klinginsmith

Ray Klinginsmith, a retired attorney, served as general counsel, professor of business administration, and dean of administration for Truman State University. He was director of the Macon Atlanta State Bank in Macon, Missouri, from 1971 to 2008, and is a director emeritus of the bank and a director of the bank holding company. He is president emeritus of the Chariton Valley Association for Handicapped Citizens. He holds the Great Rivers Council of the Boy Scouts of America’s Silver Beaver Award.

A Rotarian since 1961, Klinginsmith has served RI as president, director, Foundation vice chair and trustee, RI Board Executive Committee member, Council on Legislation chair, International Assembly moderator, RI Convention committee chair, and district governor. He is the first Ambassadorial Scholarships alumnus to serve on the RI Board of Directors.

Klinginsmith is a recipient of The Rotary Foundation’s Citation for Meritorious Service and its Distinguished Service Award. He and his wife, Judie, are Major Donors to The Rotary Foundation.


Samuel F. Owori

Samuel F. Owori has been CEO of the Institute of Corporate Governance since 2008. Previously, he was executive director of the African Development Bank and managing director of Uganda Commercial Bank. He has served as secretary of the Central Bank of Uganda and chair of the microfinance enterprise FAULU Uganda Limited.

He holds master’s degrees in law and business management from universities in England, Switzerland, and the United States, including the Harvard Business School.

A Rotarian since 1978, Owori has served RI as director, RI president’s representative, Council on Legislation representative, regional Rotary Foundation coordinator, regional RI membership coordinator, RI representative to the United Nations Environment Programme, Reach Out to Africa Ad Hoc Committee member, RI training leader, and district governor.


Kazuhiko Ozawa

Kazuhiko Ozawa has been the president of Nihon Suisan Kanko Co. Ltd. since 1970. He is honorable chair of the city’s chamber of commerce and industry and its Special Occupation Remuneration Council.

A Rotarian since 1978, Ozawa has served RI as director, PolioPlus national advocacy adviser, committee member and adviser, regional RI membership coordinator, and district governor. He also was a member of the Nominating Committee for President of RI in 2012-13.

Ozawa is a member of the Arch C. Klumph Society and Bequest Society of The Rotary Foundation.


Ian H.S. Riseley

Ian H.S. Riseley is a practicing chartered accountant and principal of Ian Riseley and Co. Riseley received an Australian government’s Peacebuilder award in 2002 in recognition of his work in East Timor. He also received the Order of Australia medal in 2006 for services to the Australian community.

A Rotarian since 1978, Riseley has served RI as treasurer, director, task force member, RI Board Executive Committee member, committee member and vice chair, and district governor.

Riseley is a former member of the Australian Polio Eradication Private Sector Campaign and a recipient of The Rotary Foundation’s Regional Service Award for a Polio-Free World. He and his wife, Juliet, are Major Donors and Bequest Society members of The Rotary Foundation.


Julio Sorjús

Julio Sorjús, a lawyer, is partner and chair in a law firm bearing his name. A member of the Barcelona Bar Association, he is a former associate professor on the law faculty of the University of Barcelona. He has served on committees for Alzheimer’s disease and multiple sclerosis associations.

A Rotarian since 1983, he has served RI as director, RI president’s aide, RI president’s representative, task force zone coordinator, International Assembly group discussion leader, and district governor.

Stephanie A. Urchick

Stephanie A. Urchick is executive director of the Southpointe CEO Association and the Southpointe Property Owners Association. Additionally, she handles business development for Robert Morris University and owns a presentation skills coaching business. In 2003, she became the first ATHENA Award recipient in Washington County, Pennsylvania.

Urchick has been a Rotarian since 1991 and has served RI as RI president’s representative, regional Rotary Foundation coordinator, Council on Legislation representative, RI training leader, and district governor. She has traveled to India and Nigeria for National Immunization Days.

She is a Benefactor, Bequest Society member, and Major Donor to The Rotary Foundation, and has received the Foundation’s Citation for Meritorious Service and its Distinguished Service Award.
