Brand Center access issues being resolved

More than 12,000 people have visited the Brand Center since the site launched in January, successfully downloading logos, brochures, and other materials. We have identified technical issues that are making access difficult for a small set of users. We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.

Here are a few things to keep in mind when trying to access the Brand Center:

  • The Brand Center is open to anyone with a My Rotary account. You don’t have to be a Rotary member to access and use the site.
  • You may be asked to sign in to Brand Center again if more than four hours have passed since you last signed. Once you have, you should not experience any problems entering the site. We are looking at ways to minimize or eliminate this step in the near future. 
  • If you have a My Rotary account and are still having problems accessing the Brand Center, please contact us so we can address your issue.
