Project: Provide health screenings for newborns

Location: Philippines

Club name: Rotary Club of Sampaguita-Grace Park, Philippines

Description: Many families in Quezon City cannot afford to have their newborns tested for congenital diseases. Club members plan to provide 400 babies with congenital disease screenings within 24 to 72 hours after birth.

Resources needed: US$5,200 total for 400 kits at $13 each.
