Download the latest RI Strategic Plan update

The latest RI Strategic Plan update (PPT) is available for download. It provides a basic look at how Rotary International leaders see the future of Rotary, and an explanation of the value of strategic planning. 

Clubs and districts are encouraged to use the presentation to share the importance of the strategic planning process to Rotarians in their area. 

The RI Strategic Plan provides a framework for Rotary and Rotarians to adapt to changing business and social trends, raise Rotary's public profile, increase membership, energize clubs, and focus on what the organization does best. 

The update includes information about the latest RI initiatives to define a unified image and brand for Rotary, map out a communications strategy that integrates various Rotary media, and establish a social networking committee. It also features a summary of results gleaned from surveys of Rotarians. 

The RI Strategic Plan, revised in July 2010, identifies three strategic priorities and 16 goals, unifying the strategic direction of RI and The Rotary Foundation. Learn more about the plan.
