DescriptionMany families in Quezon City cannot afford to have their newborns tested for congenital diseases which may cause subsequent health problems and even death if left untreated. Screening should occur within 24 to 72 hours after birth. The Rotary Club of Sampaguita Grace Park would like to help 400 newborns.
