Rotaract club presidents should update their club information and maintain a list of current club members by using Member Access.

Rotaract is a network of friendship, engagement, and action for young adults ages 18 to 30 that spans 167 countries. Keeping information updated in Member Access makes it easy for Rotaractors to stay connected to this network. The updates also help Rotary International know what clubs are strong, active, and willing to connect with other Rotaractors through home hosting, correspondence, and twin club relationships.

Because this information is so important, Rotaract club presidents need to provide updates every six months. If a Rotaract club president does not update club data twice a year -- by 30 September and 31 March -- the club is subject to suspension. If the data is not updated for two years, the club is subject to termination.

If you are a current Rotaract club president with an e-mail address on file with RI, you can update your club's information now. Club presidents unable to log in to Member Access must first register.
