he club trainer develops leadership skills and increases awareness about Rotary at the club level.
Appointed by the club president, the club trainer works with club leaders to ensure the adoption of a training program that meets the club’s training needs. Club trainers may work with the district training committee, assistant governor, and governor on their training program.
