Updated Presidents-elect Training Seminar Leaders’ Guide

The Presidents-elect Training Seminar Leaders’ Guide (243-EN) and slides will be mailed to governors-elect in August and are now available for download.

There have been several changes to the guide since the last version was published in 2006:

• Session 1: Role and Responsibilities contains two new Club Leadership Plan worksheets, a case study, and a guide on how to implement the leadership plan.
• Session 2: Working with Your Club and District Leaders includes an interactive activity on how to outline your club committee structure as well as a case study on managing relationships.
• Session 3: Club Administration has more information about financial and risk management best practices and a worksheet that helps outline the responsibilities of the club trainer position.
• Session 8: Goal Setting combines goal setting and annual and long-range planning content and includes a Strategic Planning Guide.
