New online manual for district governors-nominee

District governors-nominee have a new online resource to help them prepare for their term as district governor. The governor-nominee manual features information about training, events, district planning, and more. The manual guides users through the governor-nominee workbook, a useful tool for governors-nominee who want to assess the current state of their district and to plan for the future.
