Each month, we highlight a piece of Rotary history and share an inspirational quote from past Rotary leaders. March’s quote:

"Just as Rotary itself can never keep its place unless it is constantly growing, so each individual Rotary Club cannot afford to stand still while the stream of life moves onward."

— Armando de Arruda Pereira, 1940-41 RI president, in The Rotarian, February 1941

One of our biggest challenges is recruiting new members who will stick with Rotary. If we want to constantly grow, we need to be relevent and strategically increase our network. Our Club has a very active Interact Club which helps us think out of the box and do things that involve both the high school youth and their (under aged 50 ) parents. We are very involved locally and internationally and need to find creative ways for the public to learn more about the wonderful humanitarian work our club members -- both young and old - do.
