Nicole Dryburgh, 19, recipient of a 2008 Rotary Young Citizens Award, has been battling a rare form of cancer since the age of 11. Earlier this year, the London teen was granted her dream vacation to New York, with the help of Rotary clubs in England and New York. A BBC News team tagged along to document the trip.
