Photo contest deadline extended to 15 March

 

 

Rotarian Dave Fowler won the 2006-07 contest by capturing the emotion of a two-week trip to China, where surgeons repaired children's cleft lips.

Do you have a great shot from a 2007-08 fundraiser, international project, the RI Convention, or local club event? As the 15 March deadline for The Rotarian's annual photo contest nears, we're looking for anything that illustrates Service Above Self.

Last year's special photo issue was award-winning, so don't miss out on the chance to get your photo into another spectacular June issue!

What's more, this year, Rotarians will be able to vote for their favorite photo in a new category: the People's Choice Award. Online voting will open 15 April and run through 18 June. Everyone who attends the 2008 RI Convention in Los Angeles will be able to vote on site as well.

So submit your photos now, and tell your friends and fellow club members to visit the Web site starting in April to cast their votes!
