Manage Grants

You must or to use the Manage Grants App.

With the new grant application, you can complete your Rotary grants business online and easily collaborate with grant partners.

The app has four main sections:

District qualification

This section includes an interactive memorandum of understanding (MOU) that details many aspects of the grants program. To qualify, district officers need to read through the MOU and answer a few comprehension questions on each section.

District officers only need to complete district qualification once during their term, but you can return to review the document and the additional content provided as often as you like.

District grants

This section allows district officers to apply for their district’s block grant from The Rotary Foundation. With the app, you can submit your district’s spending plan, gather necessary authorizations, and provide your district’s bank account information.

Global grants

This section will help you gather the information you’ll need to prepare a detailed project plan for a global grant. You can then submit your plan and complete your application online. You can also file progress reports on ongoing grants.

Packaged grants

This section will show you which packaged grant opportunities are available and help you gather the information you’ll need to apply. You can also file progress reports on ongoing grants.
