Steps in the Rotary International recruitment process

  1. Submit your résumé, and complete the application.
    Every applicant must complete a full application to be considered for employment.
  2. Complete the interview process.
    If your background matches our needs, you will be contacted by
    a Human Resources staff member to arrange an interview in person or by phone.
  3. Accept an offer.
    If you accept an offer of employment, we will work with you
    and the hiring manager to arrange a convenient start date.
