One Rotary Center wins TOBY Award

One Rotary Center has received The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award for 2012-13, marking the third straight year that RI World Headquarters has won this prestigious award.

TOBY Awards are considered the most comprehensive competition of their kind in the commercial real estate industry. Property management peers judge competing buildings on excellence in management, operational efficiency, sustainability, tenant retention, emergency planning, and community involvement.

An award and poster in recognition of our excellence will soon be displayed in the building's lobby.
