Recipients announced for low-income scholarship fund

The Rotary Foundation is pleased to announce the ninth class of Ambassadorial Scholars funded by the Scholarships Fund Pool for Low-Income Countries.
These 23 scholars represent 21 countries and will study abroad at institutions of higher learning in 12 countries during 2009-10.
