R otarians can identify disaster preparedness and recovery projects to support through ProjectLINK. Contributions to projects listed on ProjecLINK can be sent through Rotary International Headquarters or the International Service Offices by using ProjectLINK Contribution Form.
To provide the most effective, efficient, and immediate relief to disaster victims, Rotarians are encouraged to work with well-established international relief agencies.
Appeal for assistance
Clubs and districts can publicize their relief efforts through ProjectLINK . To request a project posting submit a ProjectLINK Submission Form.
Long-term help may also be available through The Rotary Foundation’s Humanitarian Grants Program. Inquiries regarding funding from The Rotary Foundation should be directed to Contact.Center@rotary.org.

Disaster preparedness in your district
Encourage your district leadership to appoint a disaster recovery contact person or committee that will organize a response both within the district and to international offers of assistance. Compile a list of local relief organizations in your district that could be potential project partners or recipients of international Rotary club and district contributions. Ask these organizations to share their expertise and begin planning appropriate disaster preparedness projects and consider training a volunteer disaster response team.
