Best Practice Sunshine Division, Rotary Leadership Institute In 2004, District 6960 held a Rotary Leadership Institute session - Part I only. Since that time, the Rotary Leadership Institute has become a permanent fixture. Our club strongly encourages (pays for and emphasizes) that all committee chairs and incoming officers participate.
