Trainers: Start preparing now

The Presidents-Elect Training Seminar (PETS) is just around the corner, and trainers should start thinking about what they can do to prepare. The Planning Calendar, located on pages 12-16 in the District Training Manual, lists actions to be taken during the months before a training meeting, such as distributing a needs assessment questionnaire to past and potential participants six months before a seminar.
