The district Rotary Foundation seminar emphasizes the benefits of involvement in The Rotary Foundation and outlines the Foundation’s programs and policies. Attendees get answers to their Foundation questions and updates on policy changes and goals for the year. They also learn about ways to recognize individuals and clubs in their district for outstanding Foundation contributions.

Participation is open to all Rotarians, including club presidents, club Foundation committee chairs or members, district leadership, and any new members who want to learn more about the Foundation.

The seminar is held every year , generally between July and November. The District Rotary Foundation Seminar Manual (EN-438) is available to help trainers plan the event. For participants, The Rotary Foundation Quick Reference Guide (EN-219) includes information on the programs of the Foundation and how to make contributions. For more information contact your district governor or district Rotary Foundation committee chair.

District governors-elect will receive an email from Rotary International in September with links to the resources below. Please be sure to forward the email to your district trainer and committee.
