District governors-elect plan for team training seminars
Rotarians appointed by their governor-elect to serve as assistant governors or district committee chairs and members for the next Rotary year should participate in their district team training seminar in February. Building an effective district leadership team before taking office is the key to having a successful Rotary year. The district team training seminar helps prepare incoming assistant governors and district committee members and chairs to support Rotary clubs as they pursue the Object of Rotary.
