Who’s your club trainer?
Rotary International News -- 15 August 2011
In its June 2010 meeting, the Board encouraged Rotary clubs to have their own club trainer. The club trainer can organize new member orientation, provide ongoing training opportunities for members, lead strategic planning meetings, and more.
If your club doesn’t already have a trainer, consider appointing someone with a training or education background who can help enhance your club's vitality through this leadership position.
