Train future leaders for New Generations Month

In honor of New Generations Month, think of ways to prepare your younger members for leadership positions, such as assigning them a senior Rotarian to be their mentor. This is a great way to connect newer, younger members with Rotarians they may not know as well, and it also gives them an opportunity to think about long-range personal goals as new Rotarians.
