R I recommends that Rotarians who need a U.S. visa register for the convention by 15 December and apply early to allow adequate time for processing. Go to travel.state.gov/visa for information on

Rotarians who are citizens of countries requiring a visa will automatically receive a letter of invitation from RI in PDF format along with the e-mailed registration confirmation.
Registrants from Canada, Mexico, and Bermuda can find visa information at travel.state.gov/visa/temp/without/without_1260.
Please be aware that RI Registration Services processes all forms on a first-come, first-served basis. If you don’t have e-mail, we recommend that you register early to allow time for registration processing and postal delivery of the confirmation packet.
