It's a race to the finish for the Rotaract Club of Maidenhead, England, during the club's Horsey Hopper Night. Rotaractors and Rotarians served as jockeys as they raced atop bouncing toy horses, raising £258 (US$412) for the Alexander Devine Children’s Cancer Trust, established in memory of a boy who died of a brain tumor. The trust hopes to build and fund a children’s hospice service.

Norway: A winter wonderland
Five Rotarians from District 6710 (Kentucky, USA) take part in a Group Study Exchange trip to Norway, hosted by District 2300 (parts of Norway and Sweden). "Norway is a gorgeous winter wonderland at the moment," writes one team member in a 2 March post, shortly after arriving in Oslo.
For the record
P.S. Seshadri, of India, has collected more than 150,000 copies of the 2005 Australian stamp marking Rotary's centennial, putting him in line for a possible Guinness world record. A stamp collector in California, USA, tells the story.
This month's feature photo is from Janey Ball, of the Rotary Club of Newlands, South Africa. Her lens captures students from the Sivuyiseni Primary School in Khayelitsha, Cape Town, one of a number of schools benefiting from a Rotary Foundation Matching Grant project.
