Emine Yüzay, who was born without arms, learned to read and write at age 18 through a Rotarian-sponsored concentrated language encounter program. Today, the 22-year-old Turkish woman looks forward to a brighter future with new prosthetic arms provided by the Rotary Club of Istanbul.
