P assion sparks innovation.

Kevin Cosgriff, a member of the Rotary Club of Twentynine Palms, California, USA, channeled his passion for cycling into a Bike for Shoes event in August. As a result, more than 100 disadvantaged children were able to select new shoes for their first day of school.

Cosgriff was one of many Rotarians who spoke out this year about how they would resolve common club issues in Your Voice, Your Solution, Rotary International's problem-solving forum.
