Our w ork for Rotary was mostly in seeking infor for applications for Matching Grants and 3-H projects when Bill was assigned to be Pres. Repr at Dist Conferences, 2 in South India, 1994 and 2 in N India 1995. When we were thus in Italy and AL th ose Districts did not seem to be pushing projects to help others. We especially enjoyed India people for the reasons of projects. Miriam Cable
