We asked district governors-elect, “What does the 2008-09 RI theme, Make Dreams Real, mean to you and your district?”

"We are going outside of the box. The scope of what we can accomplish is wide open. It's wonderful we are focusing on children. The [theme] logo shows so much compassion."

"It means we are renewing our commitment to children. We should know how to reduce, even eliminate, the child mortality rate."

"It gives our nation the opportunity to focus on impacting children's health. My district will utilize local and national institutions to help accomplish this."
