Constitution and Bylaws Committee

Membership Development and Retention Committee
This committee shall provide support and advice to governors and clubs in promoting membership development and education. It shall serve as a resource to Rotary International membership coordinators in developing programs to recruit new members, educate and retain new as well as existing members, and encourage the formation of new Rotary clubs. The committee shall communicate through and with the Rotary International membership coordinators. The committee shall be responsible for establishing the parameters for the evaluation of the membership program and its coordinators.

Micro-Credit Advisory Committee

Strategic Planning Committee
This committee, mandated by the RI Bylaws, shall develop, recommend and update a strategic plan for consideration by the board, survey Rotarians and clubs not less than every three years in discharge of its duties to review and make recommendations to the board pertaining to the strategic plan, review and counsel the president-elect on the program for the upcoming year to determine whether such program is consistent with the strategic plan, and undertake other duties assigned by the board.
