Semiannual Report goes electronic
Beginning this July, Rotary clubs will have the option of receiving their semiannual report (SAR) electronically.
Clubs will continue to receive the standard paper SAR unless they choose to opt out, which RI strongly encourages, by updating their club preferences in Member Access . The first paperless SARs will be distributed in the last week of June.
Going paperless supports RI’s environmental efforts and also provides:
- Improved service to all clubs
- Faster, more secure, and more effective international delivery
- Significant cost savings
- Increased efficiency at all RI office locations
To make this effort to go green successful, please ensure that your club and club officer’s email addresses in Member Access are current. For questions about this change, please contact your financial representative .
Instruction for opting out of the paper SAR
If your club no longer wishes to receive the paper version of the SAR, your club’s secretary, president, or executive secretary/director should login to Member Access and select “Update Club Data, Semiannual Report Preferences.” Be sure to save your update.
